Charles Felker has over 40 years of experience with the regulations that govern financial institutions, including being a former National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Chief Investment Officer. He has addressed the NCUA, Federal Reserve Bank Management School, and other regulatory bodies on various fixed income products .
Prescott Ford, CFA has 20 years of experience in the
regulatory/compliance examination sector. He was a commissioned National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for 13 years where he performed capital markets, credit and other examinations for institutions of all sizes, across the U.S.
Anna Slaughter is a former Principal Examiner for the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), where she led and worked on complex examinations of state and federal chartered credit unions in New York, Texas, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Maine and Louisiana.
